Mr. Paul Njoroge Nduati, a Kenyan citizen, is the founder,
CEO and executive director of Easycash Capital Limited.
He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K) from the
Vision Institute of Professional Studies, and is proficient
in key accounting systems including QuickBooks, Sage,
and Pastel.
Mr. Nduati brings over 14 years of extensive experience in finance,
administration, and operations across the microfinance and hospitality
sectors. His professional journey began in 2010 at
Kenya Women Finance Trust – Deposit Taking Microfinance (KWFT-DTM),
where he served in various finance roles, rising from Accounts Assistant
to Operations Officer and later Accountant.

He later transitioned into the hospitality industry, where he worked
with West Breeze Hotel and Blue Springs Hotel Ltd between 2013 and 2015.
In these organizations, he held positions such as Accountant,
Finance and Administration Manager, and oversaw budgeting,
payroll processing, financial planning, and internal audit support.
His management roles further sharpened his leadership and
financial oversight capabilities.
In August 2015, Mr. Nduati ventured into entrepreneurship, establishing
Japanuel Constancy Ltd, where he serves as the Managing Director
to date. The company provides financial consultancy,
SME support services, and advisory solutions for business development.
He also served as a financial advisor to Japanuel Auctioneers Ltd,
where he helped structure finance operations and enhance
reporting systems.
Mr. Nduati’s role at Easycash Capital is strategic. As a non-executive
director, he provides oversight and guidance on governance,
risk management, financial planning, and credit product development.
His understanding of the informal sector, accumulated during his time
at KWFT and as a private consultant, has equipped him with deep
insights into the financial needs of underserved communities.
These include small-scale traders, farmers, transport operators, and
artisans—all of whom form the core target market for Easycash Capital.
Through his entrepreneurial work and professional experience,
Mr. Nduati is actively engaged in Kenya’s economic development,
particularly in promoting financial inclusion, entrepreneurship, and
micro and small enterprise growth. His leadership ensures that
Easycash Capital is grounded in sound financial practices,
customer-centered service delivery, and sustainable lending strategies.
